Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

This corporate website does not use one refund rule for every Cossa business. The applicable terms depend on what you buy, which Cossa legal entity supplies it, whether the transaction is online, the type of goods or service, and the signed quotation, proposal or subscription terms.

Cossa Store purchases are governed by the Store's published Returns & Refunds and Delivery policies together with applicable South African consumer law. NexDocs or Growth subscriptions are governed by the subscription terms and refund/cancellation policy published on the relevant platform. Construction, facility and other quoted project work is governed by the accepted quotation, scope, contract, work already performed, committed materials and any non-excludable rights under applicable law.

Nothing on this page removes rights that a consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 or another applicable law. Where a statutory right conflicts with a contractual term, the applicable law prevails.

For a cancellation or refund query, email cossa@cossanexusholdings.co.za with the order, quotation or subscription reference. Do not email card PINs, CVVs, passwords or online-banking credentials.
