Our target
Cossa Nexus Holdings uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its technical accessibility target and testing benchmark. This is an operating target, not a claim that every page has already achieved perfect conformance.
What we test
We work toward keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, useful headings and landmarks, properly associated form labels, understandable error messages, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient contrast, readable resizing and reflow, and important instructions that remain available as real text instead of only inside images.
Forms and consent
Public forms should request only information reasonably needed for the stated enquiry. Labels, required fields, privacy notices and consent choices should be clear before submission. Do not send passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through general enquiry forms.
Third parties
Some functionality may be provided by third parties. We review integrations for privacy and accessibility, but the third party controls its own interface. Contact us if an external step creates an access barrier.
