If you introduce a genuine opportunity and it becomes paid work, the referral may qualify for a reward. If you are also suitable for the project, you can be considered for project participation instead of being excluded after making the introduction. Every engagement remains subject to scope, capability, compliance, availability and written terms before work begins.

Give us enough information to qualify the opportunity properly. The submission is routed into the same Cossa lead-intake system used for customer enquiries so it can be reviewed, followed up and managed instead of getting lost in an inbox.
Referral payment is not automatic. It is confirmed only where the referral is eligible, converts into paid work and the applicable terms are agreed. Project participation is separately assessed based on capability, safety, compliance and project requirements.
