Identity verification, applicable fees, statutory grounds for access or refusal, and response periods will be handled in accordance with PAIA and the regulations in force at the time of the request.

Records we may hold

Depending on our operations, records may include company and statutory records; governance policies; financial, tax and compliance records; customer and supplier records; contracts; human-resource and contractor records; project and operational records; marketing records; technology and security records; and intellectual-property or digital-product records.

Records already public

Information intentionally published on our website or otherwise made publicly available does not ordinarily require a formal PAIA request.

Personal-information requests

Requests concerning access to, correction or deletion of personal information may also be governed by POPIA and applicable prescribed procedures. See our Privacy Policy.

PAIA Manual

Our controlled PAIA Manual contains further information about categories of records and the request process. The approved publication copy will be made available here once formal adoption and Information Officer/publication checks are completed.

Information Regulator

The Information Regulator of South Africa publishes the current PAIA Guide, prescribed forms and complaint procedures. Requesters should use the Regulator's current official material rather than outdated copies.
